Please select the series and model of your telephone from the Phone Series/Model drop down box. The telephone series appears on the top of the main base unit of your telephone and the model number can be located on the underside of the main base unit. When you have selected the Phone Series/Model, please confirm that the image that appears matches the main base unit of your telephone.
NB If your Phone Series/Model or Adaptor Code does not appear in the relevant drop down box, or you purchased your phone prior to 1st July 2006, then your unit is unaffected by this recall. Please note that any extension handset chargers you may have are unaffected by this recall. The AC power adaptor for these extension units does not need to be replaced.
